At OptEdge.uk, we offer digital AI-powered services on a subscription basis. All billing is processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment gateways. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to these Payment Terms.

All prices are in USD or GBP and may be subject to VAT depending on your location.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan features with prior notice. Any pricing change will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal date.
3. Payment Methods

Payments are automatically processed on the billing date associated with your subscription. By providing payment details, you authorize us to automatically charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
4. Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time via your user dashboard.
Upon cancellation:

Your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.

No refund will be issued for the remaining time unless within the 7-day money-back window (see our Refund Policy).
5. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
If your payment method fails:

You will be notified via email.

We may retry the charge up to 3 times.

Access to your account may be paused until the payment is successfully processed.
To avoid service interruption, please keep your payment details up to date.
6. Invoicing & Receipts
Invoices and payment receipts are emailed automatically and can be downloaded from your account dashboard. Please ensure your billing information is accurate and current.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Taxes
Depending on your location, applicable taxes (e.g., VAT or sales tax) may be added to your subscription price. These will be shown clearly during checkout and on your invoice.
9. Changes to This Policy
