1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of your first payment.

  • You must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits of the service (as determined by our usage policy to prevent abuse).

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you notice a duplicate charge, or if a payment fails but you were billed, please contact us immediately at contact@optedge.uk. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, including issuing refunds for any verifiable duplicate or erroneous transactions.


4. Digital Nature of the Service

Due to the digital nature of our services (such as downloadable graphics, AI-generated content, and cloud-based tools), once content is accessed or generated, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. This limits the scenarios where a refund can be approved beyond our 7-day guarantee.

We encourage all users to take full advantage of the trial or sample content (if available) before purchasing a paid plan.


5. Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues professionally. If you dispute a payment via your bank or payment provider (i.e. a chargeback), we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account and access to our services
