  • Design Generator: Build branding, layouts, and graphics using AI

  • Creative Tools: Edit, enhance, and manage visual projects

We may enhance or modify features at our discretion without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete information

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

4. Pricing and Billing

Our pricing plans are available on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. All prices are in USD or GBP and may be subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • You authorize OptEdge to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Canceling your plan will stop future billing, but no refunds are issued for unused periods unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, algorithms, and generated designs remain the intellectual property of OptEdge, unless otherwise agreed.

  • You retain the rights to images you generate for personal or commercial use, subject to applicable laws.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute our services or platform materials without express written consent.

  • Generated content must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. User-Generated Content

By using our platform, you confirm that all prompts or inputs provided:

  • Are lawful and do not infringe on third-party rights

  • Are free from offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material
    We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases. Beyond this period, all payments are non-refundable.

We may terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium services will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for any disruption, loss, or damage arising from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • OptEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months

Our services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without any warranties.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
